Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Only Dry wants every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology, to be able to find information about our water damage, mold, fire, and restoration services without barriers. We are working to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the widely recognized standard for making web content usable by people with a range of disabilities.
What We’ve Built Toward
Our site is structured with readable headings, descriptive link text, and color contrast intended to support low-vision users. We aim for compatibility with common screen readers and for all primary navigation and content to be reachable by keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse. Accessibility is not a one-time project for us; as pages are added or updated across our service area in Plum, Fox Chapel, Oakmont, and Murrysville, we review them with these standards in mind.
Known Limitations
No website is perfect, and ours is no exception. Some older content, third-party embeds, or form elements may not yet fully meet every WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion. If you encounter a page, form, or feature that is difficult to use with assistive technology, we want to know about it so we can fix it.
Reporting an Accessibility Issue
If you run into a barrier anywhere on this site, including trouble submitting our contact form, navigating with a screen reader, or reading any page, please reach out directly:
Email: michael@katofskyconstruction.com Phone: (412) 413-9234 Mail: 555 Davidson Rd, Plum, PA 15239
When you contact us, please include the page URL or a description of what you were trying to do and the assistive technology or browser you were using. This helps us find and fix the issue faster.
Our Response Timeline
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to address confirmed issues within a reasonable timeframe, prioritizing barriers that prevent access to core information like our services, service area, or ways to reach us for an estimate. If a fix requires more time because of the scope of the change, we will let you know what to expect and keep working toward a resolution.
Alternative Ways to Reach Us
If a technical barrier is keeping you from getting information you need right now, whether that’s about water damage cleanup, storm damage, or scheduling an inspection, you do not have to wait on a web fix. Call or email us directly using the information above, and a member of our team will help you the same way we would help any visitor who found the form easily.
Ongoing Review
As we add new pages or update existing ones describing our restoration and reconstruction work across Plum, Fox Chapel, Oakmont, and Murrysville, we revisit accessibility as part of that process rather than treating it as a finished checklist. This statement will be updated to reflect meaningful changes in how the site is built or reviewed.
