Privacy Policy
Only Dry respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website or contacts us about water, fire, storm, mold, or reconstruction services in Plum, Fox Chapel, Oakmont, or Murrysville. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you submit a contact form or request an estimate, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you need. If you call or email us, we retain the details of that conversation to follow up appropriately.
We also use basic website analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and general location data (city or region, not precise GPS). This helps us keep the site useful and identify broken pages or confusing navigation. We do not use this analytics data to identify individual visitors.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule estimates and site visits, and prepare documentation related to insurance claims when a property owner asks us to coordinate with their carrier. We may also use contact information to send scheduling updates or follow up on work in progress.
We do not use the information you submit for unrelated marketing purposes, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
How We Share Information
We share information with an insurance carrier, adjuster, or property manager only when the property owner has authorized us to coordinate directly with that party, and only to the extent needed to document and support a claim. Otherwise, your information stays with us. We may also share limited information with service providers who help us operate our business, such as scheduling or billing tools, under the understanding that they handle it responsibly.
Retention
We retain contact form submissions and project-related records for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the work, support any related insurance claim, and meet standard recordkeeping practices for a contracting business. After that, information is deleted or archived securely.
Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Only Dry may text you about your service request or project: appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help, or call us at (412) 413-9234. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Full texting terms are in our Terms of Service.
Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Only Dry collects your mobile number and your text opt-in consent (including when and how you gave it) only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to honor opt-out requests.
Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request access to, deletion of, or clarity about the personal information we hold about you. Because Only Dry operates only within Pennsylvania and does not knowingly collect personal information from residents of the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) generally does not apply to our operations, but we are glad to honor reasonable privacy requests from any visitor.
To make a request about your information, correct an error, or ask a question about this policy, contact us at michael@katofskyconstruction.com or (412) 413-9234. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
